Our Pastor
Mike Burchette
Pastor Mike Burchette was born and raised in Mooresville, NC. In June of 1995 he married his best friend, Misty Burchette. Preacher Mike was saved in April of 2002 and answered the most important call on his life, that of preaching the Word of God in 2009. Soon after he took the position of youth pastor at Liberty Baptist church in Mooresville, NC. In March of 2013, he accepted the invitation of interim pastor at Community Baptist Church in Mocksville, NC and later that year accepted the position of full time Pastor. Preacher Mike and his wife have two grown children, Ayla and Gage. Three beautiful granddaughters, Willow, Skyla and Milah and one grandson in heaven, Laken. Preacher Mike has earned his doctorate in Bible theology and loves the Word of God! A few of his favorite verses are:

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them
who are the called according to his purpose.

The Book- The King James Bible to be the infallible word of God

The Blood- It is only through the shed Blood of Jesus at Calvary, that we receive remission of sin and obtain eternal life.

The Blessed Hope- According to the infallible word of God, having faith and trusting in the shed Blood of Jesus, we have the hope of spending eternity in Heaven with our Savior.
